This is a day that will go down in history. I can't tell you how excited I was for this to happen so early in your life time. You, your Daddy and I all waited in line for over 2 hours like many others did to make sure we got a chance to participate in this very historical election. I wanted you to see the our new President be sworn in so we stayed home from our MOPS (mothers of pre-schoolers) day and had our own little mini celebration with Michelle and Daddy..oh and I can't forget your two new favorite baby dolls Baby Oprah and Baby Obama.
President Obama represents HOPE for our country and what mother wouldn't want that for her child. It was an amazingly happy day
