Happy Thanksgiving
I realized once I was sent a blog update from my good friend and neighbor Nicole that I haven't blogged since I went back to work.  It definitely has not been all work and no play.  CoCo started a new school full time when I went back to work Jardin de Nino's.  This is a Spanish Immersion School they only speak Spanish to her and I can honestly say in the 8 months she has been there she is now fluent in Spanish.   September was a busy time getting ready for CoCo's International Godparents big move back to the states.  They are only 3 miles away from us now which will be the start of some great memories and traditions with the Reid's.  CoCo and I went back to California in October for Zoe's baby shower.  While we were there CoCo, Nanna and I had a nice weekend getaway in Monterey.  Once we were back home it was time for pumpkin patches, Halloween parties, and trick or treating.   CoCo decided she would be Tinkerbell this year and Mommy went as her Fairy Friend Rosetta and Daddy was Ali G.  We celebrated Thanksgiving at the Reid's house with lots of good food and great friends.   I can't believe Christmas is right around the corner.

I miss my time with CoCo during the day but I know that going back to work has been a blessing in disguise.  CoCo is not only learning a second language at school but the schools philosophy is that we are all citizens of the world (not just Austin, Texas.).  They are taught to respect themselves, their planet and other's beliefs and cultures.    Imagine how much peace their would be in this world if we could all think this way.

CoCo turns 3!

I can't believe how fast time goes by.  I started this blog when I found out I was pregnant with you my sweet CoCo Bean and now you are 3.  I just want to press pause for a while and have this moment in your life stand still.  You still love to cuddle with me and play games.  You still call me your best friend.  I don't want any of that to ever change but I know in time it will.  You had so much fun at your birthday party.  We rented a water slide (cancelling the jumpy house at the last minute because of the heat) it was a big hit.  I can't tell you how much fun you had.  I guess I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the story

Going Back to Work

It's time for me to go to back to work. It's going to be a difficult transition for me leaving you CoCo. I have been so lucky that I have been able to stay home with you this long. We have found an amazing Spanish immersion school for you to start and I think you will be very happy there. While I was away at my first sales meeting in Santa Fe, New Mexico (the first time we have ever been apart) Ma'Mere and Pop came to stay with you. You had an amazing time sharing your shoes and your new playscape with them.
